GOA-ON Welcomes New Executive Council Members
GOA-ON is pleased to announce three new Executive Council (EC) members: Yuri Artioli, Juan Diego Gaitán-Espitia, and Claudine Hauri. Yuri Artioli, Ph.D. is a marine ecosystem modeller at the Plymouth Marine Laboratory and has previously made contributions to the GOA-ON community through the Biological Working Group. Juan Diego Gaitán-Espitia, Ph.D. is a marine biologist studying ecological and evolutionary responses to environmental change, including ocean acidification, based at The Swire Institute of Marine Science, The University of Hong Kong. Claudine Hauri, Ph.D. combines her background in chemical oceanography with indigenous knowledge systems in her roles at the International Arctic Research Center, University of Alaska Fairbanks. GOA-ON welcomes these new additions to the EC and looks forward to their future contributions to the global OA community!
